I am an assistant professor at the School of Information Systems and Management in the Muma College of Business, University of South Florida.

I am an empiricist in Operations Management with an Ph.D. degree from SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell University.

My research interests reside broadly in service management, health and healthcare management, service innovation, hospitality management, senior living, and the sharing economy.
